Kilimanjaro Marangu Route 5 Days

Description for Kilimanjaro Marangu Route 5 Days

Kilimanjaro Marangu route is one of the most popular approaches to Kilimanjaro’s summit. This may be due to the fact that the Marangu way is the cheapest, but it could also be due to the fact that the Marangu route can be completed in 5 days.

Allowing you to reach the summit one day sooner than the Machame route. Because of the shorter acclimatization time, this is not always the best option.

Kilimanjaro Marangu route, on the other hand, allows you to spend an additional acclimatization day on the mountain. This turns the trip into a 6-day expedition, improving your odds of success significantly.

One of the major distinctions between Kilimanjaro Marangu route and the other itineraries is the shared hut lodging. It allows you to sleep in huts throughout the whole trip, which is a relative luxury.

All of the campgrounds along this route sell mineral water, soft drinks, chocolates, and beers.
